Pregnancy can be an exciting time—but it can also bring unexpected emotions, questions, worries, and changes. You don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
A Soft Place to Land is a 10-week virtual pregnancy psychoeducation and support group designed to offer a safe, compassionate space to slow down, connect, learn, and prepare for the transition into motherhood.
You don’t have to do this alone—this group creates a steady, compassionate space for the many emotional changes pregnancy can bring.
