The postpartum season can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, exhausting — and sometimes all of these things at once. It’s a time of profound transition as you adjust to life with your baby while also navigating changes in your identity, relationships, emotions, routine, and sense of self. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
This 10-week virtual postpartum psychoeducation and support group offers a compassionate, supportive space to slow down, connect with others who understand, and gain practical tools for navigating the many challenges and transitions of postpartum life.
Each week, we’ll explore a different postpartum-focused topic through accessible psychoeducation, therapeutic strategies, group discussion, and practical tools you can carry into your everyday life. Together, we’ll create space for honest conversation, reflection, connection, and self-compassion—without judgement or pressure to have it all figured out.
Let this therapeutic journey be your soft place to land.
